We pride ourselves in delivering the best customer service experience and want to ensure our customers fall in love with their new VAHCITY case, but we know things can happen. So we gladly rectify any issues our customers have in a timely manner.
We DO NOT accept a return for a refund or exchange due to change of mind or wrongly ordered case, as all our phone cases are printed/made to order.
There must be a valid reason for a refund/replacement. If you wish to get an item replaced due to a fault, please provide your order number, take pictures/videos of the fault and email your reason to email@example.com.
If it is required to return items for further investigation, they are to posted to our Australian warehouse in Queensland.
All shipping expenses for returning items remains the responsibility of the customer.
The returned item/s must not be used and should be sent to us in its original packaging.
