Where can I find my tracking information?
We offer FREE standard shipping worldwide which does not have tracking. If you are experiencing any issues with your shipping/delivery please contact us. If you would like tracking on your purchase please make sure to select our express tracked shipping option at checkout.
How will I get notified that my product has been shipped?
You will receive emails from us to confirm your order has been shipped or any other shipping updates related to your order. Please make sure to check your junk/spam mail if you can not find these emails. If you have any issues with this please contact us.
Import Taxes & Duties
Some countries may require import tax, duties or fees. These charges are not inclusive of the original shipping charge, and are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be reimbursed by VAHCITY. If you are unsure of the charges and whether you will be affected, please contact your local customs office.
Shipping information
The buyer is fully responsible for the information entered in the billing and shipping address fields. If an item is undeliverable and returned to VAHCITY, the buyer will be required to pay again for shipping (if the shipping was free the buyer will have to pay our standard fee the second time).
If an incorrect address is entered, and the item is delivered to that address there will be no replacement or refund of the order. If an item is damaged during transit or lost please contact us for resolution.
How do I pay for my purchase?
You can pay using Credit Card , PayPal , Afterpay or Sezzle.
If I have made a mistake with my order, what do I do?
Please contact us within 2 hours so we can amend the mistake before your order is sent and processed for production, as all our phone cases are printed to order.
